I help people develop their capacity for leadership (of self and others) and achieve increased levels of performance, meaning and fulfillment.
For the past 25 years I have been deepening my understanding and experience of psychodynamics, consciousness and Self realisation to support people in leading from their Self rather than from their Ego. So if:

Professional Qualifications and Background
I have a Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London. I am accredited both as an Executive Coach and as a Coaching Supervisor by the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS). I have a Certificate of Professional Development in Executive Coaching, and a Certificate in Coaching Supervision,
For many years I was on the faculty of The School of Coaching, where I trained coaches and managers in coaching skills, and was an associate with The Centre for Creative Leadership where I worked on their leadership development programmes. I have also been an academic, a software developer, a management consultant with the PA Consulting Group, and a psychotherapist.
Coaching Approach
I bring a deep understanding of individual change and releasing potential to my coaching practice. This approach is positive and solution-focused, helping people be fulfilled now and build the skills and capacities to be more fulfilled in future. I facilitate personal and professional growth, improving current performance and the ability to manage change, and help overcome the internal dynamics that can sabotage change. I enable clients to develop greater self-awareness and accountability, improve their communication impact, work with complexity and ambiguity, take a systemic perspective, build more productive working relationships, and follow their spiritual path.
I generally work with clients by Zoom/Skype/telephone, or face-to-face here in Great Malvern (2 minutes from railway station, 20 minutes from M5). When meeting here I offer the option of Walking and Talking on the Malvern Hills
