Wild Ways Within | Wild Relational Coaching at Depth

For those who find themselves lost, seeking, searching, ungrounded, unclear, wondering, wandering, shape seeking, space seeking, disconnected, longing for more – I offer wild relational coaching at depth to get to the heart of things, the soul of things, the spirit of things.

What I offer

I offer whole being coaching; body, emotion, thought and the part we might refer to as soul – all are welcome here.  My role as a coach is to help you (re)find your whole, to support and be curious, to accompany and to champion.

I work with women, female entrepreneurs and female creatives who are seeking greater clarity in their lives, in life transitions, in mothering, in relationships, in their work lives and in the imaginings of their future. I also work with women seeking a deeper connection with the natural system and/or wishing to (re)find their wild selves.

I bring with me twenty years of experience as a therapist working relationally at depth with those seeking to understand themselves more deeply, recover from challenge and live life with greater ease.

Wild Relational Coaching at Depth

My coaching approach is wild and it is relational.

Humans are born of the natural system and remain intimately connected it.

Born from this knowledge, my approach is wild. I draw both resource and wisdom from the natural system and use this in my work.

Amongst many things, to be wild also means to be ‘authentic’. Central to my approach will be facilitating the transformational process of (re)discovering your authenticity.

My approach is also relational, because our relationship will be the means by which we will unpick your unique challenges and (re)find your whole.

The act of coming together with another to understand ourselves is sown into our DNA – it begins with the infant and their caregiver.  The act of (re)discovering ourselves is not a solo ship; it happens in relationship.

I offer a coaching relationship over a series of 6 sessions, usually set at fortnightly intervals.

About me

I’m a Life and Leadership Coach with a deep connection to the Wild.  Before coaching, I spent twenty years working as a Person-Centred psychotherapist and ten years as a Counselling Supervisor.  Following extensive training in taking my practice outside, I spent many of those latter years with clients and supervisees in the natural world, with the more-than-human as my co-therapist.

My desire to walk the related path of Coaching was born out of a curiosity about the ‘more’.  After the work of therapy is done and we are well enough, what then lies ahead for us?  What comes next?  I became interested in the question of not only who we are but what ‘more’ we are; not only of (re)finding our authenticity but of locating our potential.
