I like to work with leaders through the lens of vertical and inner development. This helps me to support the growth and advancement of individuals in their leadership capabilities, beyond the acquisition of skills and knowledge, I do this by focusing on developing a leader’s mindset, consciousness, and capacity to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
Focusing on developing a leader’s inner resources and qualities in this way can enhance their effectiveness and impact as a leader. As I believe that leadership is not just about external behaviours and skills, but also about the leader’s inner state and the quality of their presence and as such my work emphasises the importance of self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-mastery as foundational aspects of effective leadership.
