I work with individuals and teams who want to transform the blocks and barriers to achieving their potential, both externally and in their own experience of themselves, to become who they truly are.
Originally training in psychosynthesis twenty years ago, I’ve worked as a coach for more than ten. I am also a Meyler Campbell Mastered graduate and Advisor, and currently Chair of Trustees at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London.
My first career was as a lawyer in the City, before moving to executive search, latterly with one of the largest global search businesses as a Partner.
I also work with MBTI, Strengthscope among other psychometrics with in-depth 360 feedback and systemic coaching concepts and techniques.
I strongly believe that in relationship – the space between us – transformation can happen when someone is truly seen and held in heart.
