Coaching@depth – I offer personal, leadership and therapeutic coaching – working with leaders and individuals to be more effective, influential and able to lead change successfully in their working and personal lives. An experienced and accredited coach who also has significant experience of running large services in the public sector at the most senior level.  This experience of knowing what it is like to run operational services and to be able to offer personal support , reflections and catalytic insight means I can offer you a partnership in which to explore the goals you want to achieve and the next steps you might want and need to take. Additionally I am an experienced supervisor keen to  offer supervision to coaches who are interested in supporting catalytic change . I  have a Diploma in Transpersonal and Integrative Supervision.
