I’m an experienced educator, facilitator and leader passionate about transforming the lives of individuals and communities.
I have worked with diverse groups of professionals and youth – in the charity, local government, business and educator sectors – including in schools, prisons & leaving care teams. Alongside eighteen years of professional experience, I come with a broad range of lived experience, both of which support my coaching practice.
Having experienced first-hand the power of psychosynthesis coaching in my own life, I’m a big believer in a psycho-spiritual approach to coaching. I work to create a safe and inclusive coaching space to support clients to reflect, be curious and authentically themselves. Specifically, I enjoy working with clients to identify and overcome blocks, better understand their patterns, connect to their purpose and access their personal power.
