Steve is an experienced executive coach and supervisor. An associate of CLC and trained in 5DL, Steve has been a practising coach since 1999 and has worked with a broad range of C Suite leaders and candidates for succession to higher level roles across multiple business sectors (both private and public sector). Particular coaching interests in supporting leaders who are seeking to stretch their capabilities and contributions to new levels whole expanding self awareness and avoiding ‘derailment’.
A Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Steve obtained his first degree in Psychology as Newcastle Upon-Tyne University and a later post graduate diploma in Applied Psychology at Wolverhampton Polytechnic. A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personal and Development, Steve obtained coaching qualifications at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in both Organisational/Leadership Coaching and Life Coaching in addition to 5DL. His MA dissertation focussed on derailment coaching.
