Psychosynthesis Coach
Leadership Coach
London, England

I’m a leadership coach, facilitator and organisational consultant with over 20 years’ experience supporting people, teams and organisations to navigate change, complexity and questions of power, purpose and belonging.

My work spans leadership development, organisational culture, equity and inclusion, and systems change. I’ve worked across the social impact, public, cultural and corporate sectors, with everyone from emerging leaders and entrepreneurs to senior leaders and leadership teams.

My approach to coaching is grounded in psychosynthesis and shaped by my wider practice as an anti-oppressive educator and facilitator. I’m interested not only in what a person wants to achieve, but in the wider context in which they are leading: the identities they hold, the systems they are part of, the power they have and encounter, and the assumptions and patterns that can shape how they show up.

I offer a warm, thoughtful and appropriately challenging space in which clients can slow down, make sense of complexity and explore what may be happening beneath the surface. Together we might work with questions of confidence and authority, leadership identity, transition and change, difficult relationships, purpose and direction, or the patterns and beliefs that can keep us stuck.

Psychosynthesis particularly resonates with me because it makes space for the whole person. Rather than treating leadership as simply a set of competencies to acquire, it invites deeper questions about who we are, what matters to us and the kind of leader we want to become.

I particularly enjoy working with people who want to lead in ways that feel more conscious, courageous and aligned — including women, people of colour and others whose identities or experiences may not fit traditional models of leadership.

Alongside my coaching practice, I design and facilitate leadership and learning programmes and support organisations with culture, equity and systems change. This means I bring an understanding of both the individual and the system into the coaching room.
