The way we behave impacts the people and ‘systems’ we lead and live within. I am passionate about inspiring lives that reach their full potential and have been a practising executive coach and facilitator since 2010.

I work with individuals and organisations who want to consciously grow, thrive and live in ways that inspire health, happiness and success, whatever that means for them. I most commonly work with leaders who wish to transition either up or out of their role, gain confidence and self-belief, build strength and resilience, or explore an area of their life that needs attention.

  • Direction – gain clarity and conviction around who you are and where you’re heading.
  • Presence – increase awareness and improve the impact you’re having.
  • Resilience – stay steady and weather the internal and external storms of life and work.

I’ve coached and facilitated hundreds of people and remain consistently fascinated and humbled by the power of coaching and of the human spirit. My style is influenced by an eclectic mix of professional experiences and trainings, including 15 years in management and leadership (so I understand the joy and challenge of leading), alongside a relentless commitment to personal development (which has led me to far away places yet to the deepest realisation that regular, daily practice is what matters), all of which weaves together to provide a rich web of tools, tips, observations and wisdom to draw from, delivering lasting and meaningful coaching experiences and results for my clients.

I am known for my down-to-earth, astute, friendly yet candid and sometimes unusual approach; straightforward communication lies at the heart of all I do and ensures that goals and objectives are clear, challenges are faced, and people are supported in the right way at the right time.

“Ruth is a superb coach. Her approach is consistently thought provoking and supportive, while she also adds value after the sessions by sharing tips and materials that follow up on the themes you have explored so you can put your discussion into practical effect if needed.

A list of my professional training is below. If you’d like to find out more about how coaching with me might be, give me a call or send me an email and we can have an informal chat.
