1. Conscious Relations for Coaches – A Group Workshop Intensive
A Two-Day Workshop with Anne Welsh and Sue Cruse (Online)
Date/Times: Saturday and Sunday 16-17 May 2026, 09:00 – 16:00 UK
Cost: £300 + VAT (with a 5% discount for Graduates of our CPLC and HCP programmes: £285 + VAT). Places limited to 10.
On the first morning we create the psychosynthesis, conscious relational context and use exercises to give participants an experience of the depth relational space. The first afternoon and second morning are a facilitated conscious relational workshop, with no specific agenda or content. On the final afternoon, we reflect and make sense of our shared experienceand how it can inform our practice as coaches, facilitators or leaders.
Learning Outcomes – Growing your capacity to go to depth as a coach, through:
- Greater attunement to the unconscious elements and energies present in groups – e.g. projection and transference, roles and valencies, group dynamics and human process
- Use self in coaching – building our capacity to be authentic and present-centred in relationship with others
- Learning how to create and facilitate a conscious relational space with a group or a team
- Awareness of personal and professional challenges, edges, blind spots in relation to others and difference

2. Power, Presence and Impact – A Psychosynthesis Perspective in relation to Self, Other and Systems
A Two-Day Workshop Intensive with Anne Welsh and Aubyn Howard (London)
Date/Times: Saturday and Sunday 13-14 June 2026, 09:00 – 16:00

How can we find ways to come into better relationship with our own power through inner inquiry and relational connection, without being drawn into ideological or egotistical traps? How do we develop a healthy and dynamic relationship with systemic power? What is the relationship between presence and power? How do we move beyond platitudes or comforting narratives to find alignment with purpose and the creative expression of will? How can we support our clients and other leaders to do the same? This workshop is a personal and professional inquiry into ways of being in relationship to power, through a psychosynthetic lens. As always, the work begins with ourselves as the key to being able to support others.
Topics – explored through seminars, group dialogue, guided inner inquiry and pairs exercises
- What is Power and how does it relate to the Will? What are our Sources of Power – in relation to Self, Other and System?
- What are the Dynamics of Power – e.g. in families and communities, groups and teams, organisations and society? What is the essential Nature of Power?
- What do we mean by Presence and Being Present in relationship with others? What is your natural style of presence as a coach or leader? How do we develop our capacity for being present?
- What is our Impact – interpersonal, group and systemic? Increasing our awareness of and attunement to our impact. What is the impact or difference we want to make in the world?
- Exploring the Relational Space – experiencing and observing power, presence and impact in play in the here and now, through reflexive self-awareness and dialogue.
Learning outcomes include:
- Enhance your self-awareness in relationship to power, systems forces and group dynamics
- Build capacity for ‘use of self’ in relationship to coaching leaders, teams and systems at depth
- Discover your natural style of presence and become more attuned to your impact on others.
- Reconnect and find greater alignment with Purpose and Will in your life and work.
- Take -away methods and techniques for developing power, presence and impact for your clients.
3. Working with Shadow, Shame and Soul Making in Coaching
