• Essential Psychology for Depth Coaches, which starts in September 2027

The award of Diploma in Depth Coaching can be achieved by graduates of our CPLC or HCP + programmes (EIA accredited) who continue to successfully complete two of the following three advanced CPD courses:

(i) Going to Depth with Psychosynthesis (GDP)

(ii) The Essential Psychology for Depth Coaches (EPDC)

(iii) Team Coaching & Group Dynamics (TCGD)

These can be attended in any order, over any period of time.

The final requirement (fee of £200+VAT) is to submit a 2500-word paper (Level 7 academic standard), on a title of your own choosing but within the scope of; depth coaching/psychosynthesis coaching/leadership in a VUCA world, at a time of meta-crisis.  Support and feedback is provided.
