I am an accredited coach (ICF and EMCC) with over ten years’ experience of coaching senior leaders in the UK, across Europe and Asia. I run my own coaching business and prior to this have over 30 years industrial experience in the pharmaceutical industry including more than 14 years at a senior leadership level.
My own leadership transitions from leading self, leading through others to leading teams of leaders in a complex environment, provide a significant resource from which to understand the commercial and personal pressures that clients are under and provide context for more meaningful coaching conversations.
Typically I help clients looking to: develop their leadership capacity or are transitioning to new more challenging roles; are stuck and want to change direction in their career; want to attain a better work/life balance and build resilience; deal with difficult relationships at work; build organisational strategy or deal with the complexity of their work environments; to become better communicators and influencers. Always, I want my clients to be more aware of themselves, more confident and grounded about what matters to them and to create options for change.
